In this section you will find my professional passions, a condensed list of competencies and a few additional tidbits about my professional work, so to speak. So, without further ado - the suit comes out. My proverbial ensemble
I have an entrepreneurial mindset with a logical/pragmatic approach. I am a strong believer that preparation is always the best way to build confidence and necessary to perform at the highest level. You can never know too much about a prospective customer, partner, client, competitor, etc. I am never shy to ask if I am unclear, and one of my key strengths is that I am an avid listener. I work with passion and I love what I do – and I believe strongly that my work resonates that. I believe in being transparent. I love conveying a message, or even explaining a different perspective openly and unbiasedly. I always leave my ego at the door. My motive is to be actively engaged in helping organizations succeed while exercising independent, critical judgment of goals, tasks, potential problems, and methods. My personal productivity model has never been about the “what if’s” but rather, “what is”. So, what does this all mean? Win fast and never ever lose slowly – find the critical path, utilize the assets/resources at your disposal, weed and seed and then execute – if that doesn’t work, proactively re-evaluate the goal and deliver while keeping in mind that ‘time’ can very quickly become your #1 success antagonist.
